Can I talk to a real person?

Absolutely. Technology helps us make support easier to find, but sometimes you need a person. Depending on your needs and the services available through your organization, WellVisor can help connect you with coaching, nursing, advocacy, benefits support, or other human help.

Does WellVisor cost me anything?

If WellVisor is provided through your employer or organization, there is no cost to you to use WellVisor. Some healthcare services, programs, or benefits you access through WellVisor may have their own costs based on your benefit plan.

How do I contact WellVisor?

Is my information private?

Yes. Protecting your privacy is important to us. WellVisor uses safeguards designed to protect your personal information and follows applicable privacy and security requirements.

Is Wellie a replacement for my doctor?

No. Wellie can provide information and guidance, but it isn't a replacement for your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. When you need medical care or clinical support, Wellie can help you understand your options and find the appropriate next step.

Is WellVisor part of my benefits?

If your employer or organization offers WellVisor, it's there to help you get more from the health, wellness, benefits, programs, and support available to you. What's available may vary based on your organization.

What can I ask Wellie?

A lot! Ask Wellie about your health, wellness, benefits, goals, available resources, or something you're trying to figure out. Wellie can help you understand what's relevant, explore your options, and figure out what to do next.

What can my employer see?

Your employer cannot see the personal details of your health or WellVisor activity. They may receive limited information needed to administer program requirements or incentives—such as whether you participated or met an activity requirement—but not why you participated or the details of your activity. What if I need help with my account?
